Our taproom manager(s) will ensure smooth operation of the taproom by staffing appropriately according to day-to-day and event staffing plans, making sure staff can efficiently and effectively do their jobs, as well as ensure our customers feel welcome and respected – providing a positive customer experience during each visit . To be considered for this position:

• Previous brewery, restaurant, or bar experience
• Applicable degree or equivalent work experience
• Be able to physically work for up to 10 hours at a time
• Be 21 years or older
• Be able to work evening and weekends
• Be always willing to keep learning
• Able to work well with others as a team
• Able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment

The assistant brewer must be dependable, reliable, and safety conscious, preferably with a good sense of humor, and really love to clean. Hours will be variable as brewing schedule fluctuates, but primarily Monday thru Friday daytime hours with some weekend and evenings as events dictate. Must be willing to try to understand a Scottish accent for long periods of time.

To be considered for this position:

• Be able to physically work for up to 10 hours at a time – stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, and sometimes crawl (mostly to clean stuff)
• Be 21 years or older
• Able to lift 55 lbs
• Be always willing to keep learning
• Able to work well with others as a team
• Able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
